The Work is generally described as follows: Grading for and placement of approximately 1,000 ft of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk. Reference Number 0000380167 The Charter Township of Chesterfield (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following: Grading for and placement of approximately 1,000 ft of 5' wide concrete sidewalk. The approximate quantities of the major items of Work are: 5,200 SF Concrete Sidewalk 690 SYD Aggregate Base 1 LSUM Minor Traf Devices/Traf Regulator Control 1 LSUM _Restoration Bids are requested for the following Contract: 23 Mile Rd. Sidewalk Gap (Colonial Club Dr. to WB I-94 Off Ramp) Question Acceptance Deadline 03/27/2025 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Bid Security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with each Bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the OWNER and any Bidder or Bidders. *The Township reserves the right to accept any or all alternative Bids and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all Bids; and in general to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the Township, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Charter Township of Chesterfield.
