Reference Number: 0000357349 The approximate quantities involved in this work are as follows: Sanitary Sewer, CIPP, 27 inch, Full Length 15,300 FT together with related work as well as Bypass Pumping, CCTV documentation and deliverables and complete restoration. Question Deadline 07/23/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online: No - Bid Bond 5 % A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the Charter Township of Chesterfield, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. All CCTV Pre and Post Inspections shall be performed by a NASSCO Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP(C)) certified operator. All inspection reports shall be produced using (C.C.T.V.) inspection software provided by a NASSCO PACP(C) certified vendor. Formatting and layout, i.e., observations and defect codes, shall be NASSCO PACP(C) standard. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The Charter Township of Chesterfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
