The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders who are certified by the Department of General Services (DGS) Office of Small Business Disable (OSDS) as a Small Business (SB) or Micro Business (MB) to review and respond to the attached QUOTE REQUEST (QR) # 23C401001 entitled, "CHP Santa Nella N/B & S/B I-5 Platform Scales - JANITORIAL SERVICES. When preparing and submitting a quote, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. Anticipated Service Term Dates: 03/01/2024 (or upon approval) through 02/28/2025, with an option, by the State, to extend for an additional twelve (12) month term This contract shall be awarded pursuant to Government Code Section 14838.7 (Public Works) for contract awards of $5,000.01 to $250,000.00 to State of California certified Small Business / Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises.
