Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Victoria, British Columbia. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Development of Ship Point. TIMELINE: A key finding from the Ship Point Master Plan was that engineering and geotechnical requirements associated with the seawall, shoreline and other site restoration are a necessary first step in the overall development of Ship Point. 2026 and 2027 budget requests are expected to fund detailed design, which would be tendered when Council approves the shoreline approach from ongoing studies. Project will require funding. Services to review past geotechnical studies of the site, provide structural and civil concept alternatives, complete cost estimates, and review alternatives for constructability is ongoing. Further update in summer 2026, upon approvals.
