Under the guidance of the BC Wildfire Service contract manager, the successful Proponent is tasked with collaborating with the BC Wildfire Service ("BCWS") to evaluate a percentage of completed projects funded by entities such as the Forest Enhancement Society of BC, FireSmart Community Funding and Supports, British Columbia Community Forest Association, and other government-funded initiatives. The anticipated term of the Contract is from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 with a possible renewal for a further two Terms of 12 months by written agreement of the parties, subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and the availability of funding by the Province. Question Deadline 02/26/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Suppliers should send questions to the Official Contact before this time. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. The Province intends to enter into a contract with the highest scoring Proponent who meets all mandatory criteria and whose proposal passes the requirements. Estimated Contract Duration (36 months)
