The City of Victoria is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide product recommendations, unit-based pricing, and supply availability of flow meters suitable for the applications specified. The successful proponent will provide the City of Victoria with a product list of suitable magnetic flow meters for the five (5) required sites listed in Appendix B. It is expected that the product list will include, at a minimum, two (2) options for the City to select from with varying functionality and price points. Appendix A lists the functionality we require as well as additional functionalities that could be beneficial to us. Along with the options supplied above, the City would like to see the proponents specific product recommendation for each site with consideration given to ongoing maintenance. Based on the proponent's product recommendation The City will then decide for each site and order the respective equipment using prices supplied by the proponent. Timeline of delivery of the equipment will be a consideration in the evaluation process. All questions should be received at least 5 (five) days prior to the closing time and date. The term of the agreement will be for period of two years from the date of award The City reserves the right to extend this agreement for three additional one-year periods, provided agreement to do so is reached between the City and the Supplier no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the current agreement.
