Reference Number 00003883658 The Crd Would Like to Contract Equipment and Services of a Qualified Construction/operations Contractor for a Term of Five Years Plus Up to Two (2) Conditional Additional One-year Terms for a Total of Up to 7 Years Starting July 2025 to Carry Out Landfilling Operations at Hartland Landfill. The Work Shall Consist of: Providing One Supervisor and Sufficient Operators to Run Landfilling Equipment Meeting Day-to-day Waste Deposition Targets and Landfill Cell Construction Applying Daily Cover on the Exposed Refuse, Asbestos and Controlled Waste Constructing Controlled Waste Trenches Daily Constructing Internal Gravel Roads as Required Providing Required Compaction/densities and Optimization of Waste to Cover Ratios Production of Operational Aggregate Cover Materials From Onsite Crd-owned Shot Rock Stockpile, Utilizing Mobile Crushing/aggregate Equipment. Includes Inventory Management and Stockpiling of Aggregate Materials. Relocation and Stockpiling of Cover Material(S) Shredding and Landfilling of Bulky Waste and Shredded Construction Demolition Materials Installation of Dr11 Hdpe Horizontal Gas Pipe in the Waste Lift According to Crd Requirements Dust Suppression Using Water Truck and Snow Clearing Other Landfill Related Work as Required. All Workers Must Have Sufficient Knowledge, Skill, Training and Experience to Perform the Work as Part of a Qualified Team.
