The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is issuing this Request for Proposals to identify and retain one or more Architectural Firms to provide Architectural Services . It is expected that the Consultant will provide technical support to the Ministry in implementing the development of properties owned by the BC Transportation Financing Authority (BCTFA). The Services will include but are not limited to, Pre-Feasibility Concept Design and Project Scoping, Rezoning Design & Permit Application, Development Permit Design & Permit Application, Detailed Design & Building Permit Application, Contract Documents & Specifications, Tender Services and Contract Administration, with the ultimate goal of supporting Integrated Development and optimizing economic returns for the BCTFA.
