enders are invited for the supply of materials, labour, and equipment necessary to clean ducting and associated equipment at (up to) eight (8) schools in the Greater Victoria School District No. 61 during the month of July 2024. The contractor shall be a certified member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) or shall maintain membership in a nationally recognized non-profit industry organization dedicated to the cleaning of HVAC systems. The Greater Victoria School District reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. Tenders which contain qualifying conditions or otherwise fail to conform to the Request for Tender documents may be disqualified or rejected.
