Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rosemount, Minnesota. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Management: Intersection Improvements CSAH 42 (145th Street) at TH 52 interchange in Rosemount intersection improvements. This project will improve intersection operations of the interchange ramps, make safety improvements, and provide for increased traffic levels. This project is included in the city’s 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of July 22, 2025, per owner, project scheduled for construction in 2026. County is working on final design phase currently. There will be a public open house on August 25, 2025. Project bidding expected in December 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
