Renovation of a water / sewer project in Rosemount, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All work to be done at Dakota Woods Dog Park. 1645 Blaine Ave, MN 55068 B. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and permits, to drill an 8" x 4" well approximately 320 ft. deep, completed in the Jordan sandstone. Installation to include a 1 1/2 hp ,16 GPM, pumping system. Final electrical connection to be done by others. A 95-gallon buried pressure tank and a 4" underground discharge unit, including blow down pipe and 1" curb box will be required. Installation will include up to 130 ft of trenching and installation of 1" plastic pipe stubbed above ground for two fixtures to be purchased and installed by others. C. The County does reserve the right to reject any quotes that are not in the County's best interest. D. All contractors should inspect the site before submitting a quote.
