Q&A Deadline 02/16/2024 5:00 PM (PST) Questions and inquires must be presented on the RFP Inquiry Form (enclosed herein) and emailed to project manager The City of Laguna Niguel ("City") is requesting the services of a backflow assembly tester (Contractor) who specializes in providing backflow prevention device testing services, scheduled repairs, and new equipment upgrade and installation work. The City is responsible for maintaining approximately 100 backflow prevention devices. The initial contract term shall be for a period of three (3) years* effective from date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel at any time if services rendered are unsatisfactory. The City also reserves the right to extend the term of this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions subject to satisfactory negotiation of terms and the annual availability of an appropriation. Such nominations of extensions will be made no later than ninety (90) days from termination date. Tentative Contract Approval by City Council April/May 2024
