The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for: The City desires to award a contract for a contractor to furnish and delivery Marine Grade Ready Mix to the Citys Public Works Yard, 3130 Cooper Street, Punta Gorda, FL for the construction of seawall slabs. These slabs will be used for replacement of seawalls damaged in Hurricane Ian and future potential FEMA eligible events. Solicitation Package Protest deadline: February 7, 2024 at 4:00 PM ET This will place the Bidder on the notification list for any forthcoming addendum or other official communications. Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: February 9, 2024 at 3:00 PM ET Bidders shall address all questions and request clarification for a Solicitation Package to the Purchasing Agent. Questions shall be submitted via email, fax or hard copy and shall be received by the question and clarification deadline stated above (or as may be amended by Addenda). All answers to questions submitted will be published and answered in a manner that all bidder will be able to view. WAIVER OF RIGHTS. Failure to post a question or request for clarification by the established date and time shall constitute a waiver of the Bidders rights to protest the Solicitation Package, inclusive of addenda.
