Project Title: Centennial Courts A&B Domestic Water Pipe Lining & Repairs Project Description: Line the domestic water pipes and perform miscellaneous repairs to the piping and valves to eliminate pin hole leaks in the copper piping distribution for two Res Halls. Timeline: the available on-site construction days are from May 15, 2024 to July 19, 2024. These 67 calendar days do not change even if the Notice to Proceed date is earlier than assumed. Contract dates use April 22, 2024 as the assumed NTP (60 days from bid opening.) Projection Location: 275 and 325 Midway Drive Name of building (if applicable): Centennial Court A & B Note: a single GC contract will be awarded for both buildings. During contracting, the GC will be asked to identify and separate the costs between CCA and CCB for accounting purposes. The assumed Notice to Proceed Date is April 22, 2024. The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 81 consecutive days from the Commencement Date in the Notice to Proceed. The time for Punch List Completion of all Work is 88 consecutive days from the Commencement Date in the Notice to Proceed. The time for Contract Completion of all Work is 119 consecutive days from the Commencement Date in the Notice to Proceed.
