Projection Location: 275 and 325 Midway Drive Name of building (if applicable): Centennial Court A & B Note: a single GC contract will be awarded for both buildings. During contracting, the GC will be asked to identify and separate the costs between CCA and CCB for accounting purposes. The assumed Notice to Proceed Date is April 22, 2024. The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 81 consecutive days from the Commencement Date in the Notice to Proceed. The time for Punch List Completion of all Work is 88 consecutive days from the Commencement Date in the Notice to Proceed. The time for Contract Completion of all Work is 119 consecutive days from the Commencement Date in the Notice to Proceed.
