Project has been cancelled To furnish Pierce County with wood sign posts for the Planning and Public Works Traffic Division. A. The supplier shall deliver the wood sign posts to the designated location(s) provided by the Department of Public Works within the specified timeframe. Delivery shall be free of charge. B. The delivery shall be accompanied by a packing list that includes the quantity and description of the sign posts. The packing list shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works prior to or at the time of delivery. The entire Bid including pricing table, required vendor questionnaire, confirmation of Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities and Non Collusion & Debarment Affidavit must be completed and included as a part of the bid/proposal. Signed Letter Accepting Award* must be returned by the successful bidder no later than 10 days after bid award These will be executed on County forms and will be enclosed with award documents. Owner Rights: The County reserves the right to award a contract for any or all items to one or more Bidders, to reject any and all Bids or any item(s) within the Bids, to waive any informality in the Bids, and to call for new Bids as best meets the needs of the County. The County reserves the right to cancel the contract and/or purchase materials, equipment or services from the best available source during the time of force majeure, and Contractor shall have no recourse against the County.
