Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Millbrae, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.

The work to be performed under this contract consists of the following items of work and as further described in the solicitation documents: construction surveying, demolition, fine grading, landscaping, and installation of lawn, trees, plants, playground station and area, site utilities, irrigation sprinkler system (2-wire), basketball courts, dog play equipment, shade structure, fences, and gates. Note: For the playground equipment and area, the Contractor is required to use the subcontractor identified on the Plans. A certified check or corporate surety bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the basis of award amount must accompany each proposal. The basis of award is the Total Bid Amount. The Millbrae City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, alternate bids, or unit prices and/or waive any irregularities in any bid received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Engineer's Estimate is $1,290,000 to $1,580,000.
