The work consists of the installation of Traffic Calming Improvements at three locations: Park Boulevard, Santa Teresa Way, and San Anselmo Avenue/San Juan Ave; and Bike Route Signing and Striping improvements on San Anselmo Avenue from Santa Helena Avenue to Center Street. The Millbrae City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, alternate bids, or unit prices and/or waive any irregularities in any bid received. Bidders' attention is directed to the Special Provisions of the Contract Documents which require the Contractor, to whom the contract for the work is awarded, to file with the City Clerk at the time of executing said contract, a Payment Bond and Performance Bond, in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, meeting all requirements of said Contract Documents and approved by the City Attorney.
