Cleaning and inspection of approximately 82,511 linear feet (LF) (about 15.6 miles) of various sizes (6-inch to 33-inch diameter) of sanitary sewer mains. Inspection rating shall conform to current National Association of Sewer Service Companies Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (NASSCO PACP) and deliverables shall be compatible with electronic format. All work associated with this contract shall include, but not be limited to, mobilization/demobilization, demolition, surface restoration, erosion and sediment control, cleaning, debris removal and disposal, inspection, and testing, permitting, compliance with all environmental and permit requirements, site restoration, and such other items or details that are required by the Contract Documents to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed. The City may reject any or all bids and shall reject a bid of any party who has been delinquent or unfaithful in any former contract with the City. The City also reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding procedures. All bidders shall be notified of the award.
