Renovation of a library in Millbrae, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
(1) Rehabilitation of Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing (2) Roof re-coating preparation (3) Application of fluid-applied roof membrane and flashings over existing granule-surfaced modified bituminous membrane roofing. (4) Letter written for this project indicating manufacturer approval of Installer to apply specified products, contractor's product certificate and provide specified 20 year manufacturer warranty and 2 year installer warranty. (5) Division 07 Section "Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim" for formed metal flashings and counter flashings. (6) Division 07 Section "Roof Specialties" for manufactured metal copings, roof edge, and fascia. (7) Division 22 Section "Storm Drainage Piping Specialties" for new or replacement roof drains. (8) Contractor to pull "No Cost" building permit. (9) The license required to perform the work is C-39 Roofing.
