Contract: Bath Township Mowing Contract 2024-2026 Seasons for the township's parks, cemeteries, and properties located throughout Bath Township. A bid bond for 10% of the total bid cost, signed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in Ohio, Cashier s or Certified check from a solvent bank must accompany each proposal. All bids must also be accompanied by proof of liability insurance with a minimum limit of one million dollars, and a sworn statement of personal property tax non-delinquency in Summit County. The Bath Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to: reject any and all bids; to waive any irregularities in the bidding process; and to accept the lowest, most responsive, and most responsible bidder.
