The City of New Franklin, Ohio seeks proposals from interested parties with proven experience in installing site lighting for an exterior site lighting project at the City's Tudor House. This is a prevailing wage project The City of New Franklin is looking to have exterior light fixtures and exterior electrical outlets installed around the Tudor House property. City Engineer knoble@sbmce.com (330) 697-0869 The Contractor shall furnish the Owner a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. Such bond shall be from a reputable bonding company doing business in the State of Ohio and having at least a "B" rating as listed in Best Insurance Reports and the amount of said bond shall be stated in the Bid Proposal.
