Engineer's Estimates: Lopez - $180,000 Marina West - $505,000 Ramona - $612,000 The scope of work consists of rehabilitating existing AC and concrete area and placing new paint markings. Refer to manufacture specifications, industry standards and technical specifications for further details on scope of work. The Contractor is also responsible for providing a secure containment area during paving replacement work. The containment area shall be coordinated and approved by the District prior to the containment being set up. In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code 3300, the District requires that Bidders possess the following classification(s) of California Contractors License at the time that the Contract for the Work is awarded: Class A or C-12 The Work shall be commenced on the date stated in the initial Notice to Proceed issued by the District to the Contractor and shall be completed within fifty (50) consecutive calendar days from the date stated in the initial Notice to Proceed. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount not less than TEN PERCENT (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of any additive Alternate Bid Item(s). No Bidder shall withdraw its Bid Proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the award of the Contract by the District's Board of Trustees. During this time, all Bidders shall guarantee prices quoted in their respective Bid Proposals. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive, in accordance with any applicable laws, any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding. The District proposes to award a separate Contract for Work for each of the four school sites set forth herein.
