The work required consists of all preparation, painting, finishing work and related items necessary to complete work described in the recommendations and listed in the scope of work. The contractor shall furnish water needed for pressure cleaning of ALL buildings, which includes soffit and fascia. The Contractor shall contact Palm Beach Water Utilities to open an account for a fire hydrant meter to be installed in their name at the project location.
