Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Location Map 9214 S. BROADWAY, ST. LOUIS, MO 63125 A general description of the work to be done under these contract documents consists of: o Construction of Lemay No. 3 Pump Station and Force Main and associated facilities including a biofilter, and Electrical Substation at the District's Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 201 Hoffmeister, St. Louis, MO. o Consolidation Sewer Work: 2,750 lineal feet of consolidation sewers, varying in size from 8 " to 36 " in diameter, with sewer appurtenances, sewer abandonment, and structure abandonment at six sites constructed in an area located west of the Mississippi River, from Hoffmeister Avenue to Koch Road, in the County of St Louis, Missouri. Paving will be provided at the Koch Road Shaft site. All Consolidation Work shall be performed by a Deep Sewer Contractor that is pre-qualified by the District o Install electrical service, fiber optic cables, conduits, instrumentation and control equipment, level instruments and associated equipment, gate actuators, and test fiber optic cables at the Notre Dame Intake, Grant Road Intake, Smith Road Intake, Kearney Intake, and the Koch Road Shaft sites. o Demolition of the existing Martigney Pump Station, Jefferson Barracks Pump Station, and Lemay #3 Pump Station. o All associated civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation installations as well as demolition, permits, and licenses.
