The Work consists of an updated environment for the education of students and enrichment of their experience in various activities, including but not limited to: o Film Viewing o Graduation Ceremonies o Video Gaming o Theatrical Performances o Lectures o Faculty/Staff Training The Work includes replacing A/V systems, improving room acoustics, noise reduction, finish updates, new fixed seating, new house and stage lighting, and new theatrical curtains. The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract.
