The Hillsborough County Department of Corrections is soliciting quotations from responsible bidders to sealcoat, crack fill and line strip (1) Large Lot: 26,325 ft, (1) Small Lot: 8,100 ft and (1) Receiving Area: 340 ft - totaling 34,765 ft (refer to Attachment A). Ancillary Questions Due to the County Friday, February 23, 2024; 3:00PM Response to Questions, Addenda Friday, March 1, 2024; 3:00PM The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any proposal in whole or in part, to split a bid, to negotiate cost, or to rebid this request as they deem to be in the best interest of Hillsborough County 1. Contractor will provide a bid guarantee equivalent to five percent of the bid price. The "bid guarantee" must consist of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument accompanying a bid as assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute such contractual documents as may be required within the time specified. 2. A performance bond on the part of the Contractor for 100 percent of the contract price. A "performance bond" is one executed in connection with a contract to secure fulfillment of all the Contractor's requirements under such contract. 3.
