The City of Manchester, Department of Aviation (hereinafter "the Airport"), will accept Pre-qualification Statements from contractors interested in bidding on upcoming construction projects at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport during calendar year 2024. The projects for which Pre-qualification Statements are being accepted are described below. Project descriptions are representative of the types of projects the Airport is considering at this time and/or other similar projects that may be initiated during this construction season. Contractors who qualify for specific projects shall be considered qualified for any projects the Airport deems to be similar in nature. This project will include removal of existing rubber roofing, replacement of insulation and flashing where required and installation of new rubber roofing. The contract shall include a 20-year warranty on any new roofing. This will be a partial replacement of the existing 25-year-old terminal roofing. Work will be on the secure side of the Airport and all workers will require security clearances and must be badged. The project cost range is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $300,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Only pre-qualified contractors will be afforded the opportunity to bid on Airport projects requiring Pre-qualification. Product/Material suppliers and subcontractors are not required to file for prequalification. Contractors may apply for pre-qualification for any one or more of these projects.
