This bid is for maintenance and rehabilitation of various size sewers as per specifications at various locations in the City of Revere. The project consists of Sewer cleaning, Television Inspection, Sewer pipe lining, Pipe point repair, Service connection rehabilitation, Manhole rehabilitation, Catch basin cleaning, etc. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or any part of a bid, which in the opinion of the City Purchasing Agent is most advantageous to the City of Revere. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract that the contractor must ensure the employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin under Executive Order 11246, as amended. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with Section 3 of HUD Regulations relative to the project area and local concern when applicable and all pertinent Federal and State Laws.
