Renovation of a mixed-use development in Revere, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. The City of Revere has purchased 879 Flip-Lok's, 554 Inward Locks and 325 Outward Locks, to be installed on every interior door of every Revere Public School. The City of Revere is looking to contract with an entity to install all these Flip-Lok's throughout the Revere Public Schools. 2. The City of Revere shall provide all the Flip-Lok's and related parts. Contractor shall provide all labor to install the Flip-Lok's. 3. Work shall commence immediately upon execution of the contract and completed no later than March 1, 2024 Installation of "flip lock" safety latches on interior doors of all of the City of Revere's Public Schools. Estimated Cost $87,000
