Each general bidder must be certified by DCAMM for the category of work of Plumbing and in the dollar amount of this Project. Each general bidder must also submit a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility from DCAMM showing that it is eligible to bid on the project, as well as an Update Statement with its bid. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project.
