The term of the awarded contract shall extend from the time of execution for approximately sixty (60) days or until the Project is finished. All bids shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this IFB. Any supplies subject to the bid shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination at the Property. The City will reject any and all bids as permitted by law or if it is in the best interests of the City or the Applicant. In addition, the City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids (in whole or in part) if it be in the public interest to do so.
