HVAC: Replace existing steam piping in precast tunnel. Electrical: Utility poles and overhead wires; site lights, conduits, and handholes; cut & cap electric service to Draper Hall Annex. Estimated Cost $3,000,000 RFQ Questions: February 21,2024 at 12:00pm Response to Questions (if applicable):February 23, 2024 by 5:00pm HVAC: Install steam piping (90 psig and condensate return) between manhole #3 and manhole #4 at the UMA campus. The existing piping is situated within a steam tunnel, spanning approximately 200 feet between the two manholes. The contractor will be responsible for fabricating a temporary steam line to facilitate the reconstruction of the existing systems within the steam tunnels. This project will necessitate several coordinated shutdowns with the owner to enable the installation of the temporary pipe and construction of the new piping.
