The City of Sedro-Woolley is soliciting bids under the citys Small Works Roster utilizing MRSC Rosters and the Limited Public Works process for a 12-month unit priced (as-needed) contract for the reconstruction of various unforeseen concrete sidewalk replacement projects that come up through the course of a year . For each tasked project, it is assumed that the city crew will perform removal and disposal of existing sidewalks, and the selected contractor will perform the excavation as needed, placement of select borrow as needed, finish grading, placement of 2 inches of crushed surfacing top course, and forming, pouring and finishing of sections of sidewalks. City crews will perform soil and or gravel restoration after the sidewalks have been finished and forms have been removed by the contractor. Engineers estimated the annual range of this contract is $20,000 to $25,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
