Sidewalk vendors conducting business on and between 3rd and 9th and A and L streets. This area is commonly known as the Central Business District (CBD). (Exhibit A). EFFECTIVE DATE March 1, 2023 through October 1, 2027 Period of Performance The performance period is April 1, 2024 through October 1, 2024; with three (3) 1-year options to extend, at the same quoted price, upon mutual consent of both parties.
