DAVIS SENIOR CENTER PATIO IMPROVEMENTS PACKAGE CIP No. ET8280 (CFDA No. 14.218): The work shall include demolition of concrete, grading and clearing of site for new concrete patio and installation of steel frame shade structures, seating walls, landscaping and irrigation. Lighting and electric heaters will be installed under the shade structure. Building work includes demolition of windows and wall for new storefront and access compliance improvements to two sets of restrooms including new low flow plumbing fixtures. All work shall be performed in accordance with the the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications, City of Davis Standard Specifications January 1996 Edition, Addenda through July 2017, Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents. The Project is funded partially by grant funds from a Federal Grant (Communty Development Block Grant [CDBG] from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development). Accordingly, all Federal Requirements set forth in the Contract Documents must be complied with. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
