Site work for a civil project in New Town, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Three Affiliated Tribes will accept bids from qualified contractors for the Drags wolf Lift Station Replacement on the Fort Berthold Reservation, Stanley County, North Dakota. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to construct a 8'x8' dual box precast concrete lift station and approximately 33 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 35 sewer main, 18 lineal feet of 10" HDPE sewer main, 2 standard manholes, 72 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC SDR 21 sewer force main, gravel access road and parking pad installation, approximately 300 cubic yards of structural fill, standby generator, 2 (two) 1,000 gallon liquid propane tanks and other related site work, fittings and appurtenances for the Dragswolf Lift Station Replacement on the Fort Berthold Reservation. The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this work. The magnitude of construction can be best characterized as $500,000 to $1,000,000.
