Renovation of a medical facility in New Town, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The project consists of grading for ten house sites, 1,000 linear feet of urban type streets and associated detention ponds. The project will be constructed on the Elbowoods Medical Center site owned by the Three Affiliated Tribes located north of New Town, ND near ND State Highway 23B Truck Reliever Bypass. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following; . Erosion control . Topsoil removal and stockpile (9,500 CY +-) . Embankment (20,000 CY +-) . Topsoil replacement (3,700 CY +-) . Surveying . Seeding/Mulching . Storm sewer pipe Note that this project is TAX EXEMPT and is also subject to Indian Preference and all TERO compliance requirements. Each bid submitted shall be accompanied with a bid bond in a sum equal to 5 percent of the total bid. The Owner reserves the right to hold all legitimate bids for a period of 40 days. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and shall incur no legal liability until the contract is awarded and approved by the proper authorities. The construction of the Grading Plan for the Staff Quarters Housing Infrastructure must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued.
