Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Redwing, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

It is anticipated that the Barton County Courthouse HVAC renovation project will be completed in mid-May of 2024. This will result in all County and District Court offices housed in their temporary locations at 1500 Kansas Ave., 1709 Main St., and 1520 Main St., all being located in Great Bend, Kansas, being moved back to the Courthouse, 1400 Main St., Great Bend, Kansas. Barton County is soliciting quotes from individuals and / or firms to coordinate the movement and installation of office furniture and other appurtenances from the temporary locations back to the Courthouse. Questions concerning the Request for Quotes must be submitted in writing via email or letter to: Matt Patzner, County Administrator 1400 Main St. Great Bend, Ks, 67530 620-796-5874 mpatzner@bartoncounty.org. Barton County reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and award in the County's best interests. Barton County will award quotes only to responsible contractors possessing the ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of a proposed procurement. In addition, consideration will be given to such matters as contractor integrity, compliance with public policy, a record of past performance, delivery, warranty, integration, and financial and technical resources.
