Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Abilene, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; swimming pool; for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project scope includes but is not limited to demolition, site work and construction of new park system. Eisenhower Park is divided into three sectors -- community center, municipal, and fairgrounds. The community center sector goals include building additions on the building for exercise rooms, an additional gymnasium, and an indoor swimming pool. The fairgrounds portion calls for updates and removal of baseball diamonds. The municipal portion calls for addition of shade structures, reworking skate park ramps periodically, remove sand volleyball courts and replace with a splash pad as well as consolidating playground equipment. As of February 8, 2024, the final draft of parks plan unveiled, ready for review.
