Demolition and site work for a residential development in Abilene, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,078-square-foot residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City of Abilene is soliciting interest from private contractors for the demolition of the dwelling, deemed unsafe and dangerous, by Resolution 082823-2, located at 604 S. Cedar, Abilene, Kansas. Pursuant of City Code Chapter II - Building and Property Regulation/Article 6. Building Demolition bids must include the following: Demolition of 1,078 sq. ft. dwelling Removal of foundation at least (1) foot below ground level Crawl space fill Clearing of all demolition debris/materials Work to be completed by December 15, 2023, with final inspection completed by the City Inspector. The successful bidder shall provide proof of $300,000 in liability insurance.
