Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Abilene, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of November 21, 2023, project was awarded to Ebert Construction, awarded amount is $1,010,732.87** The proposed Project includes sidewalk construction, storm sewer modifications, milling and overlaying of State Hwy K-15/S Buckeye Avenue from 6th to UPRR North of Cottage Avenue and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications. The work will be completed by June 1, 2024 If Alternate 1 is accepted, the work will be completed by December 31, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous to the Owner, and to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of sixty (60) days after the bids are open Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
