Site work for a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

The objective of this Bid call is to invite Contractors to bid on the Tender package for Drainage Improvements needed for the SE Entrance. Pre-qualified Bidders/Contractors of RFPQ2021-145. Rainwater discharges onto the unit pavers below the canopy via downspouts. There is insufficient slope, resulting in excessive water ponding in front of the entrance to the building. Substantial completion of work shall be by August 30th, 2024.
