Louisville Metro Government (Metro) is soliciting bids from Restoration Companies to provide a portion of the large loss Restoration Services needs for commercial and large loss damage restorations. Services should include, but not limited to clean up and restoration of water, flood, fire, trauma and/or crime scene, biohazards, smoke, and storm damage to properties owned, operated, or controlled by Metro. The contract will also include structural stabilization, mold remediation and odor removal. Bond Notes: All insurance requirements including performance and payment bonds shall be furnished the day a contract issued pursuant to this Proposal is awarded. Per Louisville Metro Ordinance Chapter 37.56, preferences shall be given to businesses, which provide their employees a minimum wage equal to or exceeding the minimum wage set forth in 37.55 (minimum wage business) which is currently $10.10/hour. This minimum wage rate is the rate set by Louisville Metro Council for all full-time Louisville Metro employees.
