Exterior Painting and Installation of a Roof Coral on the 0.3-Mg Linden Water Tower, Interior and Exterior Painting of the 1-Mg Antioch Water Tower, and Related Work. All questions to be submitted to Steve Wescott at stevew@qladstone.mo.us All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the Prevailing Wage Law of the State of Missouri, Missouri Public Law 294, Sec. 290.210 through Sec. 290.340, R.S. Mo. 1969, as amended, and prevailing wages as established by the U. S. Department of Labour. A Bid Bond or certified check on a reputable bank in the amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total amount of the Bid must accompany each Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any technicalities, irregularities or informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest qualified bid. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by written request of the bidder received in the office of the City Clerk, prior to the time and date for bid opening
