Reference Number 0000341906 The City of Mount Clemens is Accepting Sealed Bids for Sewer Rehabilitation by Pipe Burst The approximate quantities of major work involved in this project are as follows: Pipe Burst Existing 12" Sewer (Replace with 12" SDR 17 HDPE) 800 Ft Pipe Burst Existing 15" Sewer (Replace with 16" SDR 17 HDPE) 500 Ft As well as related appurtenances and clean-up and restoration. Question Acceptance Deadline 03/01/2024 12:00 AM EST Questions are submitted online No -- All questions regarding this bid should be directed to Patrick Marcus, at pmarcus@aewinc.com Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Mount Clemens, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of bids. General Requirements - Insurance Required *The City of Mount Clemens reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding.
