Reference Number 0000341840 The Work consists of the improvement to the Mount Clemens WWTP biosolids handling process including: installation of two new dewatering screw presses and conveyor system, replacement of sludge feed pumps, demolition of existing piping and equipment, and electrical and instrumentation improvements. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Question Deadline 02/26/2024 General Requirements - Insurance Required A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. *The right is reserved by OWNER to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving Bids for a period of ninety (90) days.
