The scope of work involved for this project is as follows: A new 1,400 sq.ft. building to house septic and vactor receiving equipment. The building will be comprised of brick and block, with an EPDM roof. A new 24'x 29' open pre-engineered metal building drying area structure. All foundations, including part of the drive will be supported by grade beams and piles. The final use of the building will be a septic and vactor receiving facility. Specialty septic receiving equipment will be ordered by the City.
