Selective demolition of interior gypsum board walls & associated millwork. 2. Removal and replacement of existing ceiling, floor and wall finishes. 3. Alteration of existing HVAC & control system for the space. 4. New gypsum board bulkheads. 5. New coat racks & millwork. 6. Repainting of the area. 7. Alternate for new window blinds/shades. 8. New LED lighting. 9. Revisions to existing electrical power & lighting.
