Clemens, MI 49043 The Mount Clemens Housing Commission is soliciting Proposals from qualified contractors who specialize in cleaning and disinfecting exhaust and supply riser ducts, vents and grilles in high-rise occupied apartment buildings. Bidders shall familiarize themselves with the building's systems and furnish all services, temporary protection, provide duct accesses, vacuum equipment, tools, supervision and labor. The TBD awarded contractor shall demonstrate having recent relevant experience and be familiar with HUD funded project requirements. The project is located at Clemens Towers, 50 Church St., Mount Clemens, MI 48043. Clemens Towers is an occupied 9-story senior and disabled HUD subsidized apartment building with 94 apartments, common areas, and a basement. There are 14 exhaust fans on the roof (10th floor) connected to 24 risers. The make-up air unit (also located on the roof) and supply air riser ductwork shall be clean and sanitized.
