Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Fairview, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Fairview curling club is seeking bids to replace the roof over the ice surface of the Curling Club building at the location of 10317 109 Street. The roof has sustained major damage and is not repairable and will require a new roof. The replacement roof that is required shall be pitched to replace the existing flat 150'x75' roof. It is the expectation that the project will be completed in early fall of 2024, in order to be able to start operation for the 2024/2025 season. An engineering study was conducted to confirm that the current building structure can handle the load of a modern pitch roof.
